The fixed $150 Concierge Visit certificate covers up to three hours for one visit. Custom-value Concierge Visit certificates also apply toward visit charges. A purchase does not request, schedule, or confirm the visit.

Companion care
Choose as many hours as you like.
Companion-care certificates are valued at $36 per hour. There is no fixed certificate hour quantity. A Companion-care booking has a 12-hour minimum; a recipient may apply certificate value toward an arranged booking and pay any remaining amount separately by cash or credit card.
An online Companion-care booking flow is not available. Contact the team to discuss possible care; the certificate itself does not confirm availability or scheduling.

Intended for respite. Each certificate covers one separate week; it is not recurring or ongoing weekly care. Availability and dates must be discussed and confirmed separately.
When it is time to use the gift

A recipient can enter a valid Concierge Visit certificate code with a Concierge Visit request. Available value is applied toward the requested visit charge and tracked against the code; value cannot be applied twice or exceed the available certificate balance.
Buying a certificate does not request, schedule, or confirm a Concierge Visit. The care team reviews each request and confirms availability and any care arrangement separately.
A gift-certificate purchase is separate from requesting or booking a Concierge Visit.
